This Privacy Policy explains how Finmaster collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects personal and confidential information when you use the Finmaster mobile application and the Finmaster web service.

This Policy applies to all users of the Finmaster mobile application and the website finmaster.uz, including any cloud synchronization or backup services offered by Finmaster. By using the application or the website you confirm that you have read and accept this Policy.
When you register or use the application, you may provide personal data such as your name or chosen display name, email address, phone number, account credentials, and contact information for third parties (for example, debtors or creditors) that you add into the app.
The application stores financial information that you enter manually: income and expense records, budgets and plans, debt records, and transaction history. These items are collected only when you choose to enter them.
We automatically collect technical data necessary to operate and improve the service: device model, operating system version, language, app identifier, IP address, crash logs and basic usage diagnostics.
If you choose to sign in with third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, Firebase), we will receive only the data you consent to share (for example, account identifier and email address).

Data transmitted between the application and our servers is protected using industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS). We implement organizational and technical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data may be stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud synchronization or backup, data will be stored on our cloud servers. The user can disable cloud sync at any time from app settings; cloud backup is performed only with explicit consent.
We retain your personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting mail@inware.uz or via the in-app account deletion function. After verification, deletion requests are processed and data is removed from live systems. Some residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period due to backup routines; such copies are deleted in line with our retention schedule.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, request portability, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at mail@inware.uz. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.

The application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
Data may be processed or stored in servers located in different countries. When transferring data across borders, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law (for example, contractual safeguards with cloud providers).
The app may include links to third-party websites or integrate services from third parties. This Policy does not apply to those third parties. Please review their privacy policies separately.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version and the date of last update will always be available at the public URL where this document is hosted. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
